No...not the Cirque show....Apparently, an Asian zoo is trying to get one of their chimps to stop smoking...Ok stop it right there....Who gave the simian cigarettes in the first place?
The zookeepers have tried everything from treats, to the patch, to nicotine gum to get her to quit. Eye Eye the smoking chimp, (really that's her name), took up smoking two years ago, after her mate died.
Should have done what most apes I know do, when their spouses and partners pass on....go to the Corral in Mitchieville. (It’s a local joke, sorry.)
