The ugliest celebrity foot countdown #10

It only stands to reason that, since we explored the top 20 awesome feet in Hollywood we should also see what terror lurks on the other side of the spectrum...shudder to think. Starting us off at #10 the very unflatering feet of Evangeline Lilly. Even toe polish wouldn't save them, they're totally lost...see what I did there? Clever huh?
